Major products development including thin film platinum temperature sensor for building automation, MEMS* based micro flow sensor for industrial automation, MEMS based sapphire capacitance manometer for semiconductor industry, and valve positioner for plant automation *MEMS-Micro Electro Mechanical Systems

  • 2007: Received doctor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Tokyo University of Science

  • 2005 to 2017: Corporate research and development strategy planning
